Digital File products allow you to sell or share downloadable resources with your customers. In this guide, you'll learn how to create a Digital File product, upload files, configure pricing, publish your product, and promote it using Nas.com's marketing tools.

Digital File products are designed for selling or sharing downloadable resources with your customers.

Unlike Courses, which are intended for structured learning experiences, Digital File products give customers immediate access to all uploaded resources after purchase or registration.

Digital File products are ideal for:

Before creating your Digital File product, make sure you have the following ready:

⚠️ Important: Digital File products can only be created and managed from the desktop version of Nas.com. The option to create or edit Digital File products is currently not available in the mobile app.

💡 If you're using a mobile device, switch to a desktop or laptop browser before continuing.

Go to Products from the left navigation menu and click + Create.

Select Digital FIle from the product creation menu.

A setup panel will open on the right side of the screen.

Complete the following information:

Enter the title of your digital file. This is the name customers will see throughout the platform.

Add a short overview of your digital file, including what customers will receive and how it can help them.

Upload a cover image to represent your digital file.

Choose how you want to price your digital file.

Select All Members if everyone should have access to the digital file at the same price.

You can also enable Flexible Pricing, which allows customers to pay any amount above your minimum price.

Once you've completed the product details and pricing, click Continue.

You will be redirected to the product page, where you can start uploading files, adding links, and organizing your digital resources.

After completing the initial setup, you'll be redirected to your Digital File product page, where you can start uploading files, adding links, and organizing your digital resources.

You can add content to your digital file in several ways:

The Audience tab allows you to view and manage customers who have purchased or gained access to your Digital File product.

💡 If your digital file is new and has not been published or purchased yet, this section will display "No purchasers yet."

To attract more customers, you can share your digital file directly or use Nas.com's marketing tools to promote it.

⚠️ Important: The screenshot above includes Magic Leads, a feature that has been sunsetted and is no longer available on Nas.com. If you do not see Magic Leads under the Marketing tab in your Nas.com portal, no action is required—this is expected behavior.

The About tab displays the digital file description that was entered during the initial setup.

The Marketing tab helps you promote your digital file and access Nas.com's marketing tools.

Before you can access marketing features, your digital file must first be published.

Click Publish now to make your digital file available to your audience.

Once your digital file is published, Nas.com will generate 3 free social-ready marketing creatives that you can use to promote your digital file.

Magic Ads helps you create and launch advertisements for your digital file on Facebook and Instagram directly from Nas.com.

Click the ✏️ Edit button at the top-right of the digital file page to open the Product Details panel.
