πΌ Step 2: Upload a Product Photo
Start by uploading one photo of your product. Nas.com will use this image to automatically generate product information using AI.
Note:
You can add more product images later while editing your product details.
β οΈ Image Guidelines (Important)
To ensure your product is generated successfully, avoid uploading images that include:
β’ Human faces (these may be rejected by the system)
β’ Copyrighted content (e.g. logos, branded visuals, or recognizable media)
β’ Blurry or low-quality images
β’ Screenshots with too much text
π Recommended:
Use clear, high-quality images of your actual product, objects, or simple backgrounds.

π Step 3: Edit Product Details
Next, review and complete your product information, including how customer details are collected and required during checkout. You can edit the following fields:
Product name
Description
Options (for example: Size, Color, or Variant)
Price
Inventory
Shipping fee
Estimated delivery time
Return and refund policy

π Collect Additional Information (Optional)
You can choose to collect extra information from customers during checkout.
This allows you to:
β’ Require a phone number for delivery
β’ Collect special instructions (e.g. delivery notes)
β’ Ask custom questions (e.g. personalization details, preferences)
To set this up:
1. Click Collect additional info
2. Enable or disable commonly used fields (such as email, full name, delivery address, phone number)

π¬ Accept Inquiries for Physical Products
Business Owners can allow buyers to contact them directly before purchasing a Physical Product.
This is useful for:
Customized products
High-value products
Products that may require clarification before purchase
When enabled, buyers will see an Inquire button on the product page.
π The Accept Inquiries feature can currently be configured on Desktop Web only. Buyers can still use the inquiry options on supported product pages, but setup and editing are not yet available in the Nas.com Mobile App.
π When you upload product images during Physical Product creation, AI may suggest whether inquiries should be enabled and which inquiry channels to turn on.
βοΈ How to Enable Accept Inquiries
When creating or editing a Physical Product:
Go to the Details page
Scroll down and click Accept Inquiries
Enable one or more inquiry channels
Save your changes
π If Accept Inquiries is OFF, buyers will not see inquiry options on the product page.
π± Supported Inquiry Channels
Business Owners can enable one or more of the following inquiry methods:
Nas.com Messages
WhatsApp
Telegram
Messenger
Discord
Phone Number
Email
π Buyers will only see the channels enabled by the Business Owner.
ποΈ What Buyers Will See
When inquiries are enabled, buyers can click the Inquire button on the product page to contact the seller directly.
Depending on the enabled channels, buyers may:
Open Nas.com Messages
Open WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, or Discord
Copy a phone number
Open their email app with a pre-filled inquiry message
π Step 4: Shipping Configuration
You can now configure shipping fees and delivery times based on your customerβs location.
Location-Based Shipping
Instead of setting a single shipping fee, you can define different shipping settings for different locations.
You can:
Set shipping fees by country and subdivision (state/province)
Assign different delivery times per location
Add multiple locations with different pricing
For example, you can set different shipping fees within the same country:
United States (California): $5 shipping, 5 days delivery
United States (New York): $10 shipping, 10 days delivery
To configure this:
Click Add location
Select the country and subdivision (state/province)
Set the shipping fee and delivery time
Each location will appear as a separate configuration.
Desktop view:
Mobile view:
International Shipping (Global Setup)
You can also enable international shipping.
This allows you to:
Ship to all countries by default
Exclude specific countries or regions
This works in reverse:
Instead of selecting where you ship, you define where you do not ship
Desktop view:
Mobile view:
How Shipping Rules Are Applied
If you set multiple shipping configurations, the system will follow this priority:
Specific location settings (country or state)
International shipping rules
Excluded locations will not be supported
Unsupported Locations
If a customer enters a delivery address outside your configured locations:
They will see a message that the product cannot be shipped to their location
They will not be able to complete checkout
π‘ Tip:
Make sure your shipping settings cover all the locations you want to sell to, to avoid failed checkouts.
π° Pricing and Membership Access
Physical products on Nas.com use a single pricing model.
Unlike digital products, physical products do not support different prices for different business membership tiers. All buyers will see the same product price.
However, physical products still follow the membership structure of your business.
How Membership Access Works
When a customer purchases a physical product, the platform checks your business membership tiers.
If your business has a free membership tier, the buyer will be enrolled in that tier before completing the purchase.
If the free tier includes membership questions, the buyer must complete those questions before they can proceed to checkout.
If your business only has paid membership tiers, the buyer must purchase the membership before buying the product.
Recommended Setup
For the smoothest purchasing experience, it is recommended to create a simple free membership tier with:
No approval required
No additional membership questions
This allows buyers to proceed directly to checkout without extra steps, making it easier for customers to purchase your product.

π€ Step 5: Review AI-Generated Product Information
After completing your product details, click Continue to go to the Assets section.
Here, you can manage all the visuals that will appear on your product page.
Once you enter this section, AI will automatically generate:
4 product images
1 product video
You can choose to:
Use them as-is
Arrange the order by drag & drop
Edit them
Delete them
βοΈ Editing AI Images
If you choose to edit:
Youβll need to manually enter a prompt
The AI will regenerate the image based on your input
π Important:
Since this uses AI, results are not guaranteedβyou may need to try a few prompts to get your desired output.
π Note on Video Audio (Important)
Videos generated using AI currently do not include audio.
This is due to system limitations and content moderation controls.
π What to expect:
β’ Your product video will be visual only (no sound)
β’ This helps prevent errors during generation
π You can still create effective product visuals using strong imagery and clear messaging.
π― Set Image Options (Optional but Recommended)
You can assign specific images or videos to product options (e.g., color, size).
π This means the product image will automatically update based on what the buyer selects.
Examples:
Color: Red β shows red product image
Color: Blue β shows blue product image
You can also assign images for option combinations (e.g., Size + Color).
π Only 1 image or video can be assigned per option or combination.

Mobile View:
β οΈ Changing Option Combinations
When you select or unselect product options (e.g., color, size, etc.), you may see a prompt like this:
βSome images/videos may not carry over to the new combination.β
π This happens because changing options will update the available option combinations.
What this means
Any images/videos you previously assigned to specific combinations may be removed
You may need to reassign images for the new combinations
What you should do
Click Change to proceed
Review your option images again after updating combinations
Reassign images if needed
π‘ Tip:
Itβs best to finalize your product options first before setting option images to avoid redoing your work.
π What buyers will see
The main product image updates when options are selected
Other images remain visible as thumbnails
If no image is assigned, the default image will be shown
π Click Preview to view the checkout page and see how your images will appear to buyers.

π Step 6: Publish Your Product

β Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Can I edit a product after publishing?
Yes. You can update product details, images, inventory, and pricing at any time.
Q. Do I need professional photos to create a product?
No. You can start with a simple photo. Nas.com AI can help generate product information and visuals.
Q. How many physical products can I create?
The number of products you can create depends on your Nas.com plan.
Basic plan: Up to 5 total products (combined physical and digital products)
Pro plan: Unlimited products
Platinum plan: Unlimited products
This limit applies to the total number of products in your business, not just physical products.
Q. How should I set shipping fees?
You can configure shipping in two ways:
Set a flat shipping fee for all customers, or
Use location-based shipping to define different fees and delivery times by country or region
If you use location-based shipping, customers will only be able to checkout if their delivery address is supported.
π‘ Tip: Always review your shipping coverage to avoid blocking potential customers from purchasing.
Q. Can I set different prices for different business membership tiers?
No. Physical products use a single pricing model, meaning the same price applies to all business membership tiers.
You can set different prices based on product options, such as quantity or variations (for example: 1 pack vs 10 packs), but not by business membership tier.
Q. Do customers need to join my business membership before purchasing?
Physical products follow your businessβs membership structure.
If your business has a free membership tier, buyers will be enrolled in that tier before completing the purchase.
If the free tier includes membership questions, buyers must complete those questions before proceeding to checkout.
If your business only has paid tiers, buyers must purchase the membership before buying the product.
For the smoothest purchasing experience, it is recommended to keep a simple free tier with no approval or additional questions.
Q: Why does my product video have no sound?
β
AI-generated videos currently do not include audio. This is expected and helps prevent generation errors.
Q: Can I upload images with people in them?
β
No. Images with human faces are currently not supported and may be rejected during AI processing.
Q: What kind of images should I upload?
β
Use clear images of your product, objects, or simple visuals. Avoid complex or sensitive content to ensure smooth generation.
Q: Can I add more images after creating the product?
β
Yes. You can upload and update product images anytime by editing your product.
Q: Why did my content fail to generate?
β
This may happen due to system limitations or content checks. Try using a different image with simpler visuals.
