Q: Do I need a Platinum subscription to connect a custom domain?
Yes. Custom Domains are available exclusively to businesses on the Platinum plan.
Q: Do I need to be a Nas.com Trusted Business to use Custom Domains?
Yes. Your business must be both:

Q: How long does it take for my domain to connect?
Most domain connections are completed within a few minutes. However, DNS propagation may take longer depending on your domain provider.
Q: Why does my domain show a "Connecting" status?

Q: Can I connect the same domain to multiple businesses?
No. A custom domain can only be connected to one business at a time.
Q: I updated my DNS records, but my domain is still not connecting. What should I do?
First, verify that the DNS records were entered exactly as shown in Nas.com. If the issue persists after waiting for DNS propagation, please contact the Support team for assistance.
Q: Can I manage or renew my externally purchased domain on Nas.com?
No. Domains purchased from external providers must continue to be managed and renewed through the original domain registrar (for example, GoDaddy, Namecheap, or Cloudflare). Nas.com only manages the connection between the domain and your business page.
