Before purchasing a custom domain on Nas.com, please note the following:
You must have an active Platinum subscription.
Your business must be verified as a Nas.com Trusted Business.
Purchased domains are automatically connected to your business after successful registration.
Each business can only have one active custom domain connected at a time.
Domain pricing varies depending on the selected domain extension (for example,
.com,.co, or.io).Domains purchased through Nas.com are registered through our domain registration partner and can be managed directly from your Nas.com account.
β¨ Step 1: Open the Domain Page
Log in to your Nas.com portal.
From the left navigation menu, click Website.
Select Domain.
If you don't currently have a custom domain connected, you'll see the option to purchase a new domain.
π‘ Note: When you first open the Domain page, it may take a few seconds for the page to load. This is normal. Nas.com is generating AI-powered domain suggestions based on your business information, and suggested domains will appear once the loading is complete.
π€ Step 2: Explore AI-Powered Domain Suggestions
When you open the Domain page without entering a search term, Nas.com automatically generates AI-powered domain suggestions based on your business information.
Suggestions may include:
Exact matches based on your business name
Brand variations
Industry-related suggestions
Premium-style domain names
Available domains are displayed together with their yearly pricing.
π‘ AI suggestions can help you discover professional and brandable domain names without having to brainstorm ideas yourself.
If you don't find a suitable domain, you can search for a specific domain name using keywords.
π Step 3: Search for a Domain
If you already have a domain name in mind, you can search for it directly.
Enter your preferred domain name or keyword in the search bar.
Press Enter or click Search.
Nas.com will check domain availability and display matching results.
Search results may include:
Smart Picks β Recommended domains based on your search.
Other Options β Additional available domains and extensions.
Best β Indicates the recommended domain suggestion.
π‘ Domains marked as Best are typically the closest match to your business name or search term.
π‘ Try searching for variations of your business name or industry keywords to discover more available domain options.
π Step 4: Purchase Your Domain
Once you've found a domain you'd like to purchase:
Click Buy next to your preferred domain.
Review the selected domain and pricing.
Choose the registration duration for your domain.
Click Continue to proceed to checkout.
You'll then be redirected to the checkout page to complete your purchase.
After completing the checkout process, click Pay now
to submit your order.
π Step 5: Complete Domain Setup
After your payment is successfully processed, Nas.com will automatically:
Register your domain.
Connect the domain to your Nas.com business page.
Begin configuring the required settings for your website.
Once the purchase is complete, you'll be redirected back to the Domain page.
Your domain status will initially appear as Connecting while Nas.com completes the setup process.
π‘ Domain setup may take a few minutes to complete. Once the setup is finished, your custom domain will become active and visitors will be able to access your business using your new web address.
β οΈ What Happens if My Domain Purchase Fails?
If your domain purchase cannot be completed, Nas.com will display an error message and your domain will not be registered.
This may happen if:
Your payment could not be processed.
The selected domain is no longer available.
There was a temporary issue during domain registration.
If a purchase fails, your Nas.com business page will continue using your existing Nas.com URL until a domain is successfully purchased and connected.
Example error messages you may see include:
Payment failed β Please review your payment method and try again.
Couldn't register your domain β A temporary issue occurred during registration. Any successful charges will be automatically refunded.

You can manage all your custom domains β including domains purchased through Nas.com and domains connected from external providers β from the My Domains page.
You can access My Domains in either of the following ways:
Option 1: From the Domain page
When viewing your connected domain, click My Domains in the top-right corner.
Option 2: From your Profile & Account menu
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
Select My Domains.
From the My Domains page, you'll be able to:
View all domains associated with your Nas.com account, including domains purchased through Nas.com and domains connected from external providers.
See whether a domain is currently connected or Not in use.
Connect an unused domain to an eligible business.
Disconnect a domain from a business.
View payment information and billing history for domains purchased through Nas.com.
Manage renewals for domains purchased through Nas.com.
π‘ You can own multiple domains in your Nas.com account. However, each business can only have one active custom domain connected at a time.

You can review your payment method and billing history for domains purchased through Nas.com.
To view billing details:
Go to Profile & Account β My Domains.
Select the domain you want to review to view Payment info & billing history.
From this page, you can:
View the payment method used for domain purchases and renewals.
Update your payment method.
Review your domain purchase and renewal history.
Download receipts for past transactions.
π Connect a Domain to Another Business
If you have multiple businesses, you can reconnect a domain to another eligible business.
π‘ Only domains marked as Not in use can be connected to a business. If the domain is currently connected to another business, you'll need to disconnect it first.
To connect an available domain:
From your Profile & Account, open My Domains.
Locate a domain with the status Not in use.
Click the β― (three dots) menu next to the domain.
Select Connect This Domain.
Choose the business you want to connect the domain to.
Confirm by clicking Use This Domain.
β οΈ Only businesses on the Platinum plan can use Custom Domains. Businesses on the Basic or Pro plans will need to upgrade first.
π Disconnect a Domain from Your Business
If you want to stop using a custom domain on your business, you can disconnect it at any time.
To disconnect a domain:
Go to Website β Domain.
Click the β― (three dots) menu on your active domain.
Select Disconnect Domain.
Confirm by clicking Disconnect.
Once disconnected:
Your business page will automatically revert to its default Nas.com URL (
nas.com/yourbusiness).You will still own the domain if it was purchased through Nas.com.
The domain can be reconnected later to the same business or another eligible business.
π‘ Disconnecting a domain does not cancel your domain registration or transfer ownership. It only removes the connection between the domain and your Nas.com business.
You can reconnect the domain later or connect a different domain to your business at any time.
π Managing Domain Renewals
Domains purchased through Nas.com renew automatically to help keep your custom domain active.
If you no longer want your domain to renew automatically, you can cancel automatic renewal from either the Domain page or the My Domains page.
Option 1: From the Domain page
Go to Website β Domain.
Click Domain renews on.
Select Cancel Renewal.
Confirm your choice.
Option 2: From My Domains
Open My Domains.
Find the domain you want to manage.
Click the β― (three dots) menu next to the domain.
Select Cancel Renewal.
Confirm your choice.
If you change your mind before the renewal date, you can reactivate automatic renewal by selecting Undo Cancellation.
β οΈ Canceling renewal does not immediately disconnect your domain. Your domain will remain active until the current subscription period ends.
π‘ If a domain expires and is not renewed, your business will automatically revert to its default nas.com/yourbusiness URL.

Q: I don't see the Connect This Domain option. Why?
The Connect This Domain option is only available for domains that are marked as Not in use. If the domain is currently connected to another business, you'll need to disconnect it first.
Q: My domain purchase failed. What happens?
If Nas.com is unable to complete your domain registration, any charges will be automatically refunded. Your business page will continue using its default Nas.com URL.
