❌ How to Cancel Your Nas.com Subscription (Basic, Pro or Platinum) | Business Owner Guide

In this Article:

🔥Quick Summary

There are two different things you can cancel on Nas.com, and they affect different parts of your account:

  • Memberships you joined → leaves a business

  • Your Nas.com subscription (plan) → stops your Basic, Pro, or Platinum plan

Understanding the difference is important to ensure you cancel the correct one.

👉 This guide will help you cancel your Nas.com subscription (plan).

🚪 Cancel a Membership (a business you have access to)

Use this option if you want to leave a business you have access to, including:

  • Businesses you joined manually

  • Businesses included with your plan (e.g. AI School, Nas.com Business Owners)

This action:

  • Removes your access to that business

  • Does not cancel your Nas.com subscription (Basic, Pro, Platinum)

👉 See guide: How to Cancel Your Membership or Unsubscribe from a Business / Store

❌ Cancel Your Nas.com Subscription (Basic, Pro, Platinum)

Use this option if you want to stop your Nas.com plan and prevent future charges.

💡 Important

  • Subscriptions must be cancelled from Plan & Billing → Manage

  • Subscriptions are managed per business (not per account)

⚠️ Check for Multiple Businesses (Important First Step)

Before cancelling, make sure you’re checking all your businesses.

Some users have more than one business, and each one has its own subscription.

💻 On Desktop (2 ways to check)

Option 1: Via Profile → My Subscriptions

  • Click your Profile icon (top right)

  • Click My Subscriptions

  • Go to the My Businesses tab

  • Click Plan & Billing for each business

👉 You’ll see all your businesses and their plans (Basic / Pro / Platinum)

Option 2: Via Business Switcher

  • Click your business icon/name (top left)

  • Switch between businesses

  • Go to More → Plan & Billing

👉 This lets you open each business individually

📱 On Mobile App (2 ways to check)

Option 1: Via Profile & Account → Subscriptions

  • Go to Manage (bottom right)

  • Scroll down and tap Profile & Account

  • Tap Subscriptions

  • Under My Businesses, review all your businesses

  • Tap Plan & Billing for each business

Option 2: Via Business Switcher

  • From Home, tap your Business Logo (top-left)

  • Switch to another business

  • Go to Manage → Plan & Billing

💡 If you have multiple businesses, you must cancel the subscription inside each one separately.

💡 Many “unexpected charges” happen because another business subscription is still active.

🟡 Pro Plan Shows “Upgrade” or No Manage Option?

If you're being charged but you can't find a Manage button for your Pro plan, you may not be paying for the Pro plan directly.

Some Nas.com-owned businesses and communities provide complimentary Pro access as part of a paid membership. For example, you may receive Pro access through a Nas.com program, challenge, mentorship, or community.

In this situation:

  • Desktop: Your Pro plan may show an Upgrade button instead of Manage.

  • Mobile app: You may see your Pro plan, but there will be no Upgrade or Manage button.

  • The charge you're seeing may be for the paid membership that provides your complimentary Pro access, rather than for the Pro plan itself.

💻 On Desktop

📱 On Mobile App

What should I do?

If you don't see a Manage option for your Pro plan:

  1. Go to Memberships and check your active memberships.
👉 See the guide: How to Cancel Your Membership or Unsubscribe from a Business / Store for instructions on how to access and manage your memberships.

  2. Look for a paid membership that may be providing your complimentary Pro access.

  3. If you find the membership you're paying for, follow the steps in the guide above to cancel it.

  4. If you can't identify the source of the charge, contact Nas.com Support for assistance.

💡 Important: Complimentary Pro access and the membership providing that access are separate. Canceling the membership may also remove your complimentary Pro access.

💡 Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

🎯Summary: What You’re Canceling

Make sure you’re canceling the correct thing:

👥 Membership (you joined a business)

You joined someone else’s business or a Nas.com business (e.g. AI School, mentorships).

→ Canceling this removes you as a member
Does NOT cancel your Nas.com subscription (Basic, Pro, Platinum)

💼 Business Subscription (your plan)

You are a business owner paying for Basic, Pro, or Platinum.

→ Canceling this stops your paid plan
→ Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing cycle

💡 These are separate. Canceling one does not cancel the other.

❓Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: I canceled my membership (e.g. AI School). Why am I still being charged?

Canceling a membership only removes you from that business.

It does not cancel your Nas.com subscription (Basic, Pro, Platinum).

👉 To stop subscription charges, you need to cancel your plan from Plan & Billing → Manage.

Q: What’s the difference between a membership and a subscription?

Membership

  • You joined a business (including Nas.com businesses like AI School or mentorships)

  • Canceling removes access to that business

  • Does not affect your plan

Subscription (Basic, Pro, Platinum)

  • Your paid business plan

  • Canceling stops your plan billing

💡 These are separate and must be managed separately.

Q: I don’t see Plan & Billing. What should I do?

Make sure you’re inside the correct business.

Some users have multiple businesses, and each one has its own billing settings.

Q: I didn’t realize I have multiple businesses. How do I check?

Check all your businesses and review their Plan & Billing section.

💡 Subscriptions are managed per business — not per account.

Q: If I have multiple businesses, do I need to cancel each one separately?

Yes.

Each business has its own subscription, and each must be canceled individually.

Q: Will I lose access immediately after canceling?

No.

Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle, and will not renew after that.

Q: Why don't I see a "Manage" button for my Pro plan?

If your Pro plan shows “Upgrade” instead of “Manage,” your Pro access may be complimentary through a paid membership in a Nas.com-owned community, program, or business.

In this case, you are not paying separately for the Pro plan. Your Pro access is included with the membership you purchased.

To find and cancel the membership:

  1. Go to Memberships and check your active memberships.

  2. Identify the paid membership that may be providing your complimentary Pro access.

  3. Follow the steps in How to Cancel Your Membership or Unsubscribe from a Business / Store to cancel the membership.

On the mobile app: You may not see either “Upgrade” or “Manage” on the Plan & billing page. If you can't find an option to manage your Pro plan, check your Memberships instead.

💡 Important: Canceling the membership that provides complimentary Pro access may also remove your Pro access.
