🚪How to Cancel Your Membership or Unsubscribe from a Business/Store | Member Guide

In this article:

🔥 Quick Summary!

You can cancel any membership (free or paid) to leave a business or community.

  • Canceling a membership removes your access to that business

  • You will keep access until the end of your billing period (for paid memberships)

  • This applies to both free and paid memberships

⚠️ Important

Canceling a membership does NOT cancel your Nas.com subscription (Basic, Pro, Platinum).

If you are a Business Owner and want to stop your plan, you must cancel it separately from Plan & Billing.

👉 See: How to Cancel Your Nas.com Subscription (Basic, Pro or Platinum)

⭐ What Does “Canceling Membership” Mean?

Canceling a membership removes your access to a specific business or community.

This includes:

  • Businesses created by other users

  • Nas.com businesses (e.g. AI School, mentorship programs, 14-day challenges)

  • Complimentary access you may have received through your plan

What happens when you cancel:

  • You are unsubscribed from that one business only

  • Other memberships you have remain active

  • Your Nas.com subscription (Basic, Pro, Platinum) is not affected

Billing behavior:

  • Paid membership → You won’t be charged again, and access continues until the end of the billing cycle

  • Free membership → Access is removed immediately after cancellation

🛠️ How to Unsubscribe (Paid or Free Community)

💻 On Web:

  1. Click your Profile icon (top-right)

  2. Select My Subscriptions

3. Go to the Memberships tab

4. Select the business you want to leave

  • If it shows “Complimentary access” → click the business and select Opt-out

  • If it’s a free or paid membership → click the business click Manage → Cancel subscription

📱 On Mobile App:

If you are a Business Owner:

  1. Go to Manage

  2. Scroll down → tap Profile & Account

  3. Tap Subscriptions

  4. Open the Memberships tab

  5. Select the business and cancel

If you are a Member only:

  1. Go to Me

  2. Tap Subscriptions

  3. Open the Memberships tab

  4. Select the business and cancel

💡 Steps are the same after selecting the membership:

  • Complimentary → Opt-out

  • Free/Paid → Manage → Cancel subscription

📝 In Summary

Canceling a membership removes you from a specific business or community.

  • It does not affect your other memberships

  • It does not cancel your Nas.com subscription (Basic, Pro, Platinum)

If you want to return later, you may need to rejoin or repurchase access, depending on the business

❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Does canceling a membership also cancel my Nas.com subscription (Basic, Pro, Platinum)?

No. These are separate.

Canceling a membership only removes you from that specific business. Your Nas.com plan will still remain active unless you cancel it separately.

👉 See: How to Cancel Your Nas.com Subscription (Basic, Pro or Platinum)

Q: I canceled but I’m still being charged. Why?

This usually happens because:

  • You canceled a membership, not your Nas.com subscription, or

  • You have another active membership or business subscription

💡 Check all your active subscriptions under Memberships and your Plan & Billing section.

Q: Will I get a refund if I cancel?

Refunds are not automatically provided when canceling a membership.

  • For memberships in other businesses → Contact the business owner directly

  • For Nas.com-run businesses (e.g. AI School, mentorship programs) → Contact help@nas.com or refer to that program’s refund policy

Q: What happens after I cancel a membership?

  • Paid membership → You keep access until the end of your billing period

  • Free membership → Access is removed immediately

Other memberships and your Nas.com plan are not affected.

Q: Can I cancel complimentary access (e.g. from Pro/Platinum)?

Yes.

If you have complimentary access (e.g. AI School or Nas.com Business Owners), you can opt out anytime from your Memberships page.

💡 This does not affect your Nas.com subscription plan.

Q: Can I rejoin a business after canceling?

Yes, depending on the business rules. You may need to rejoin or repurchase access.

Q: I don’t see the cancel option. What should I do?

  • Make sure you're viewing the correct membership

  • Check if you're in the correct account

If it’s still missing, contact help@nas.com with a screenshot and details.
