If your refund request is for something else, here’s what to do:

1️⃣ Memberships you joined (another business)

If you paid to join a business created by someone else, refunds are handled by the business owner.

2️⃣ Nas.com programs (Mentorship, AI School, etc.)

If you purchased a program run by Nas.com (e.g. Mentorship programs, AI School, or similar offers), refunds are handled by the Nas.com support team.

📅 Refund Windows (From Charge Date)

Refund eligibility depends on your billing plan:

Make sure your Nas.com subscription is cancelled to prevent future charges.

Each business has its own subscription.

You may have multiple subscriptions if you:

  • Created more than one business

  • Tested or set up additional businesses

3️⃣ Make sure you’re cancelling your Nas.com subscription

Your Nas.com subscription (Basic, Pro, Platinum) is separate from:

  • Memberships you joined in other businesses

  • Nas.com programs (e.g. AI School, Mentorship)

Canceling memberships under Profile → My Memberships will only cancel those memberships or businesses — it will not cancel your Nas.com subscription.

💡 Not Sure Why You Were Charged?

  • Your subscription was not fully cancelled

  • Another business under your account is still active

  • Your plan has reached its renewal date
