⚠️ Important
This article is specifically for Business Owners who intend to cancel their Nas.com plan, such as Pro or Platinum.
The steps below outline important actions to take before canceling your plan, including managing paid memberships, product content, credits, and pending payouts.
If you are not planning to cancel your Nas.com plan, these steps do not apply to your situation.
In this Article:
🔥 Quick Summary
Before canceling your Nas.com business plan, take a few important steps to avoid unexpected charges, loss of access, or loss of content.
Before you cancel:
📢 Inform your members that they may lose access to products they purchased through your business.
💳 Remove members from paid memberships to help prevent continued membership charges.
📥 Download any product content you want to keep. Individual files can be downloaded, but an entire product cannot be downloaded as one package.
💰 Check your unused credits and request a refund for any eligible purchased credits. Free credits are not eligible for a refund.
💸 Check your pending payouts. Payouts of $10 or more will continue through the default scheduled payout. If your balance is less than $10, contact Support to request a manual payout.
🔄 Check your paid memberships in other businesses and decide which memberships you want to keep or cancel.
📁 Understand that canceling your subscription does not automatically delete your account or business data.
🗑️ If you want your account and data permanently deleted, contact Support to request full account/data deletion.
⚠️ Important: Canceling your Nas.com business plan and deleting your Nas.com account are two different actions. Canceling your plan does not automatically delete your account or business data. If you still want to log in to Nas.com or access memberships in other businesses, do not request full account and data deletion.
📢 1. Inform Your Members Before Canceling
Before canceling your business, inform your members that the business will be canceled.
After cancellation, members will no longer have access to products they purchased through your business.
Letting members know in advance can help prevent confusion and questions about lost product access.
💳 2. Remove Members From Paid Memberships
Before canceling your business, remove members from your paid memberships.
If members remain enrolled in paid memberships, the platform may continue charging them for their membership payments.
How to Remove a Member
Go to Community in your Nas.com portal.
Select Members.
Find and select the member you want to remove.
In the member details panel, click the ⋮ menu.
Select Remove Member.
Repeat these steps for other members in your paid memberships.
🚨 Important: Make sure all members are removed from your paid memberships before canceling your business. If members are not removed, they may continue to be charged for their membership payments.
If you have a large number of members and cannot remove them individually, contact Nas.com Support for assistance.
📥 3. Download Product Content You Want to Keep
Your existing product content is not automatically downloaded as a complete package when you cancel your business.
Before canceling:
Go to the Products tab in your Nas.com dashboard.
Review your existing products and open the product you want to keep.
Download the individual files or content you want to save.
Repeat this for each product and make sure you have saved everything you need before completing the cancellation.
⚠️ Important: Nas.com does not download an entire product as a single file or package. For example, you cannot download an entire Challenge as one Challenge file/package. You can only download the individual files or content contained within the product, where download options are available.
Nas.com Support does not download this content on your behalf.
💰 4. Check Your Unused Credits
Before canceling your Nas.com plan, check your available credit balance and review whether you have any unused purchased credits.
🔎 How to Check Your Credit Balance
Go to Marketing in your Nas.com portal.
Select Magic Content.
Check the Credits balance in the top-right corner.
Click the Credits balance to open the Credits page and review your available credits and credit history.
💡 Note: Your Magic Content and Magic Ads credits are shared in the same credit wallet, so the balance shown here applies across both tools.
💳 What Happens to Your Credits When You Cancel?
Any unused credits will be frozen when your business is canceled, as indicated in the cancellation flow.
If you have unused purchased credits, you can contact Support to request a refund to your bank account.
💡 Note: Free credits are not included in the refund request.
💸 5. Check Your Pending Payouts
Before canceling your Nas.com plan, check your payout balance and any pending payouts.
🔎 How to Check Your Payouts
Go to Money in your Nas.com portal.
Select Payout.
Check the balance shown under the current month's balance.
If your balance is $10 or more, you’ll see your next scheduled payout date on the Payout page.
Scroll down to the Payout section to review your payout history and payment status.
💡 Example: When your balance meets the minimum payout amount, the Payout page shows your Next scheduled payout date.
💰 What Happens to Your Payout After Cancellation?
$10 or more: Your payout will continue to be processed according to your default scheduled payout. You do not need to contact Support for a manual payout.
Less than $10: The Payout page will show “Min amount for scheduled payout: $10.” Because your balance is below the minimum, contact Nas.com Support to request a manual payout.
⚠️ Important: Check your payout balance before canceling your plan so you know whether your earnings will be processed automatically or whether you need to request a manual payout.
🔄 6. Check Your Paid Memberships in Other Businesses
Before canceling your Nas.com plan, check whether you have any active paid memberships with other businesses.
Your Nas.com plan and memberships in other businesses are separate. Canceling your Nas.com plan does not automatically cancel those memberships.
🔎 How to Check Your Memberships
Click your Profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select My Subscriptions.
Go to the Memberships tab.
Review the businesses listed under your memberships.
Select each business to check whether you have an active paid membership.
If you no longer want a paid membership, click Manage → Cancel subscription.
For the full cancellation steps, see How to Cancel Your Membership or Unsubscribe from a Business/Store.
❌ Ready to Cancel Your Nas.com Plan?
Once you have reviewed your other memberships, you can cancel your own Pro, or Platinum plan.
Follow the step-by-step guide: How to Cancel Your Nas.com Subscription (Basic, Pro or Platinum)
⚠️ Important: Canceling your Nas.com plan does not automatically cancel your memberships in other businesses. If you want to continue accessing those businesses, keep the memberships active.
🗂️ 7. Canceling Does Not Delete Your Account or Business Data
Canceling your Nas.com subscription does not automatically delete your account or business data.
You can log in again using the same email address and resubscribe later.
If you resubscribe, your existing business information may still be available, including:
Business page
Products
Memberships
Other business information
🗑️ 8. Account and Data Deletion Is a Separate Request
If you want Nas.com to completely delete your account and business data, canceling your subscription is not enough.
Before requesting full account and data deletion, make sure you have:
💸 Received or resolved any pending payouts.
💳 Requested any eligible refund for remaining purchased credits. Free credits are excluded from the refund request.
👥 Reviewed your memberships in other businesses, as these memberships will also be canceled when your account is deleted.
⚠️ Important: Make sure there are no pending payouts or remaining purchased credits that still need to be processed or refunded before requesting full account and data deletion. Free credits do not qualify for a refund.
To request full account and data deletion, contact Nas.com Support.
🚨 Important: Full account and data deletion is permanent and is different from canceling your subscription. Your memberships in other businesses will also be canceled/removed when your account is deleted.
If your account is deleted:
Your business page, products, memberships, and related business information will be deleted.
Your memberships in other businesses will be canceled and removed.
You will not be able to subscribe again using the same email address.
🌎 9. You Can Still Subscribe to Other Businesses
Canceling your own Nas.com business plan does not cancel your account or your memberships in other businesses.
For example, if you cancel your Pro or Platinum plan but still want to continue your membership in Marketing School, you can keep that membership and continue accessing the business. Your other memberships remain active.
You can:
Cancel your own Pro or Platinum business plan.
Continue your paid or free membership in another business.
Keep your Nas.com account and log in to access your other memberships.
⚠️ Important: Do not request full account and data deletion if you still want to log in to Nas.com or continue accessing memberships in other businesses. Full account deletion will also cancel and remove your other memberships.
In short: If you only want to stop your own Pro or Platinum business plan, cancel the plan without requesting full account and data deletion.
🔒 What Happens After You Cancel Your Nas.com Plan?
When you cancel your Pro or Platinum plan, your account and business data are not deleted. However, your business becomes inactive and access to most business features is locked.
If you log in again after canceling:
You may see a “Choose a plan to activate your business” message.
You will need to choose a paid plan to reactivate your business and restore full access.
Most areas of your business dashboard will be locked while your business is inactive.
You can still access selected areas, including:
Money → Transactions
Money → Payout
More → Plan & Billing
Your existing business data is not deleted simply because your plan was canceled.
💡 Important: If you decide to return to your business later, you can log in and choose a paid plan to reactivate it. This is different from requesting full account and data deletion, which permanently removes your account and business data.
🔎 Canceling vs. Deleting Your Account
These actions have different results:
If you want to... | What you should do | What happens |
Cancel your own Nas.com business plan | Cancel your Pro or Platinum subscription | Your business plan is canceled, but your Nas.com account and data remain available. |
Cancel your own business but keep memberships in other businesses | Cancel only your own business subscription | Your own business plan is canceled, but you can continue accessing your memberships in other businesses. |
Delete your account and business data | Contact Support and request full account/data deletion | Your account and business data are permanently deleted, your memberships in other businesses are also canceled/removed, and you cannot subscribe again using the same email address. |
📝 In Summary
