⚠️ Important Update: Nas.com Free Plan Is Being Phased Out (Effective March 31, 2026)

In this Article:

⚠️ What Is This Update About?

Nas.com’s Free Plan was officially phased out on March 31, 2026.

To continue accessing and managing your business on Nas.com, users are now required to subscribe to a paid plan (Basic, Pro, or Platinum).

If a business was not upgraded after the Free Plan phase-out:

• The business becomes locked
• Owners lose access to manage their products, memberships, and settings
• Access can be restored anytime by subscribing to a paid plan

📌 During the transition period, some users may have received promotional upgrade offers. These offers are no longer active or guaranteed.

🤓 Why Did Nas.com Remove the Free Plan?

We’re simplifying Nas.com to focus on serious businesses who are actively building and selling.

Maintaining a free tier limits how much we can invest in:

  • Better tools

  • Faster support

  • More stable infrastructure

  • New monetization features

By moving to paid plans only, we can:

  • Improve product quality

  • Provide better support

  • Continue shipping features that help businesses grow revenue

This change allows us to build a stronger, more sustainable platform for creators and business owners long term.

🤔 Who Is Affected by This Update?

1️⃣ Businesses That Were Previously on the Free Plan

If your business remained on the Free Plan and was not upgraded to a paid subscription before March 31, 2026:

• Your business is now locked
• You cannot access or manage your dashboard, products, memberships, or settings
• You cannot create, edit, or publish content

Access can be restored anytime by subscribing to a paid plan (Basic, Pro, or Platinum).

2️⃣ Businesses That Previously Cancelled a Paid Subscription

If you previously had a paid Nas.com subscription and later cancelled it, your business may already have limited access.

In this state, only selected areas remain accessible, such as:

• Plan & Billing
• Transactions
• Payouts

To restore full platform access, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan again.

3️⃣ Members of Businesses or Communities on Nas.com

Business memberships and communities on Nas.com are managed independently by each business owner.

If you are a member of a business or community and have questions about subscriptions, access, or payments, please contact the business owner directly.

⚠️ Important Notes About Existing Memberships

If your business becomes locked after March 31, 2026 due to not upgrading to a paid plan:

• You will lose access to manage your business, products, and memberships
• Existing recurring memberships may continue renewing unless removed manually

At the moment, locked business owners cannot cancel memberships themselves from the platform.

📌 If your members are still being charged after your business becomes locked, please contact support immediately so the team can assist with membership removal.

If charges were already processed, refunds must be initiated by the business owner once access or payment records are reviewed with support assistance.

🎁 Previous Upgrade Offers

During the Free Plan transition period, some users may have received promotional upgrade offers when moving to a paid plan.

📌 These promotional offers were time-limited and are no longer guaranteed or active for all users.

Current plan pricing and availability can be viewed directly from your Nas.com billing settings.
