🔥 Quick Summary

The 1:1 Sessions feature allows you to offer and manage personalized coaching, consulting, mentoring, or other private appointments directly through your Nas.com business.

With 1:1 Sessions, you can:

  • Sell and schedule sessions seamlessly — Accept bookings and payments in one place.

  • Offer flexible session formats — Provide free or paid sessions, either online or in person.

  • Manage your availability easily — Set your own schedule, control booking windows, and avoid double bookings by syncing your calendar.

  • Share and promote your sessions — Publish your session page and share it with your audience to start accepting bookings.

In this guide, you'll learn how to create, configure, publish, and manage your 1:1 Sessions on Nas.com.

⚠️ Before You Start

Before creating your 1:1 Session, prepare the following:

  • A session title

  • A short session description

  • A cover image (optional)

  • Your preferred session duration

  • Your pricing structure

  • Your availability schedule

⚠️ Important: 1:1 Sessions can only be created and managed from the desktop version of Nas.com. The option to create or edit 1:1 Sessions is currently not available in the mobile app.

💡 If you're using a mobile device, switch to a desktop or laptop browser before continuing.

✨ Step 1: Create a New 1:1 Session

To create a new 1:1 Session:

  1. From the left sidebar of your Nas.com portal, click Products.

  2. Click + Create in the upper-right corner.

  3. Select 1:1 Session from the list of available products.

You can choose to:

  • Upload your own image or video from your device.

  • Select an image from Unsplash.

You can also click Add more to upload additional images or videos for your session.

💡 A compelling cover image can help attract more bookings and clearly communicate what your session is about.

⚠️ Images should use a 16:9 aspect ratio and be no larger than 5 MB. Videos can be up to 3 minutes long and 100 MB in size.

📝 Session Title

Enter a name for your 1:1 Session.

Choose a clear and descriptive title so customers immediately understand what they'll receive.

Add a detailed description explaining what customers can expect from the session.

You may include:

  • What the session covers

  • Who the session is designed for

⚠️ Descriptions can contain up to 5,000 characters.

Available preset durations include:

  • 15 minutes

  • 30 minutes

  • 45 minutes

  • 1 hour

You can also select Custom to create a session with a custom duration.

Same Price for All Membership Tiers

Select All Members if everyone should have access to the course at the same price.

Different Pricing by Membership Tier

Select By Tiers to customize pricing for each membership tier.

This allows you to:

The breakdown shows:

  • Nas.com fee

  • Payment processing fee

  • Amount paid by the customer

  • Amount you receive

If you see Passed on in green next to the fees, it means the fees are charged to the customer and not deducted from your earnings.

For example:

  • You set the course price to 30

  • The customer pays 32.27

  • You receive the full 30

💡 To learn how fee pass-through works and how to enable Pass fees to customers, see 🎫 Pass on Fees to Members:

You'll be able to:

  • Enter a discount code.

  • Configure redemption limits.

  • Define a validity period for the discount code.

⚠️ The Discount option is only available when All members pricing is selected. Discount codes cannot be applied when using By tiers pricing.

Select In-person if you'll meet customers face-to-face.

Enter the meeting location where the session will take place.

You can also enable Show location before confirmation if you'd like customers to see the address before completing their booking.

🔗 Product Page URL

A product page URL will automatically be generated based on your session title.

You may customize this URL if you'd like to use a different link.

⚠️ The URL must be unique. If the URL is already being used, you'll need to choose another one.

Once you've completed all required fields, click Continue to set your availability and booking preferences.

💡 Don't worry if you need to make changes later. Session details such as the title, description, pricing, location, and cover image can still be edited after your 1:1 Session is created.

This tab allows you to monitor and manage all upcoming and past bookings.

⚠️ Important: The screenshot above includes Magic Leads, a feature that has been sunsetted and is no longer available on Nas.com. If you do not see Magic Leads under the Marketing tab in your Nas.com portal, no action is required—this is expected behavior.

📣 Marketing

After publishing your session, the Marketing tab becomes available.

From this tab, you can:

  • Generate promotional assets using Magic Content

  • Promote your session using Magic Ads

💡 The Marketing tab is only available after your 1:1 Session has been published.

Receive 3 Free Marketing Creatives

Once your course is published, Nas.com will generate 3 free social-ready marketing creatives that you can use to promote your course.

These ready-made assets can help you:

  • Promote your course on social media

  • Share your offer with your audience

  • Increase visibility and attract potential buyers

Advertise with Magic Ads

After publishing your course, you'll also be able to advertise it using Magic Ads.

Magic Ads helps you create and launch advertisements for your course on Facebook and Instagram directly from Nas.com.

🚀 Publish and Promote Your 1:1 Session

Once you've finished configuring your session, click Publish in the top-right corner.

After publishing, you'll see a confirmation popup where you can optionally notify your customers about your new session.

  • Create additional marketing content by clicking Create.

  • Launch ads for your session using Magic Ads by clicking Start an ad.

📅 Booking Availability Window

Customers can only book sessions within a rolling 30-day window.

How it works

  • Customers can view and book available slots up to 30 days in advance from the current date.

  • A new day automatically becomes available every 24 hours.

Why this matters

This booking window helps you manage your schedule more effectively and prevents you from committing to sessions too far in advance.

💡 If a customer cannot book a date that is more than 30 days away, this is expected behavior.

👥 Managing Bookings

Once your 1:1 session is published and customers begin booking, all bookings will appear under the Bookings tab.

From this page, you can:

  • View all upcoming, past, and cancelled bookings.

  • Search for specific bookings.

  • Click on a booking to view additional details.

Viewing Booking Details

Click on any booking to see detailed information, including:

  • Session status

  • Session date and time

  • Booking date

  • Meeting location

  • Responses to registration questions

❌ Cancelling a Booking

Both you and the customer can cancel a booking.

Customer-led cancellation

Customers can cancel their booking from:

  • Their booking confirmation email.

  • Their Nas.com portal.

Manager-led cancellation

To cancel a booking:

  1. Go to Products → Select your 1:1 Session → Bookings.

  2. Click on the booking you would like to cancel.

  3. Click Cancel booking.

You will then have the following options:

  • Cancel and refund – Cancels the booking and initiates a refund request.

  • Cancel only – Cancels the booking without issuing a refund.

  • Keep booking – Keeps the existing booking.

If you choose Cancel and refund, you'll be asked to provide a refund reason before submitting the request.

Once completed, the booking status will update accordingly.

💡 Customers will automatically be notified whenever a booking is cancelled.

💰 Payouts & Earnings

Understanding when you get paid is important.

The golden rule

Payouts are based on the session date, not the booking date.

For example:

  • If a customer books a session today for a date three weeks from now, the payment will remain pending until the session has been completed.

  • Once the session is successfully completed, standard payout processing times will apply before the funds are transferred to your account.

💡 Booking revenue is only eligible for payout after the scheduled session has taken place.

Creating a 1:1 Session on Nas.com allows you to offer personalized sessions to your customers. Simply configure your session details, set your availability, publish your session, and start accepting bookings. Once published, you can manage bookings, customize emails, promote your session using Magic Content and Magic Ads, and track upcoming appointments directly from your dashboard.
