🔥 Quick Summary
Nas.com provides two types of payment documents: Receipts and Invoices — and they are used differently.
Receipts (for your own payments):
Automatically generated after a successful payment
Found in Plan & Billing → Payment Info & Billing History
Used for your subscription (Basic, Pro, Platinum)
Serve as proof of payment
Invoices (for your customers):
Generated manually when needed
Found in Money → Transactions
Used for member purchases (courses, events, products)
Typically requested for reimbursement or accounting
Key differences:
Receipts are automatic; invoices are generated on demand
Receipts are for your own billing for your subscriptions; invoices are for your customers
Members cannot download invoices—you must generate and send them
💡 If a member requests an invoice, you’ll need to generate it from your Transactions and share it manually.
📍 Where to Find Invoices & Receipts
There are two different places to download payment documents on Nas.com, depending on what you need:
🧾 1. Invoices (For Customer Payments)

Money → Transactions
📍 Mobile App

Steps:
Open a transaction

💡 Tip: Invoices are generated on demand—you’ll need to send them to members if requested.

Tax (%) applied to the checkout amount
👤 Member Information

💰 What Is Automatically Included
These details are pulled from the transaction and cannot be edited:

Quantity and pricing
Subtotal, fees, and total paid
✉️ Final Actions

👤 What Members Can Access
Members do not receive a downloadable PDF invoice automatically.
Instead, they can only view their Billing History, which includes:
Transaction date
Amount paid
Product or membership name
⚠️ Important
If a member needs a PDF invoice (e.g. for reimbursement):
They must request it from you
You need to generate the invoice from Money → Transactions
Then send it to them manually
💡 Invoices are only accessible to business owners and are not automatically shared with members.
🌍 Taxes, Compliance & Refund Handling
🧾 Is this a Tax Invoice?
Nas.com invoices can include details such as tax ID, address, and tax amount, making them more suitable for business use.
However, they may still not meet all local tax invoice requirements, depending on your country’s regulations (e.g. VAT/GST rules in the EU, UK, India).
💡 Recommendation:
If you require fully compliant tax invoices, consider using an external accounting or invoicing tool.
💸 What Happens During a Refund?
When a refund is issued:
