1️⃣ Cancel a Business Membership

Use this option if you want to leave a business business you joined as a member.

This action:

  • Removes you as a member of that business

  • Does not cancel your Business subscription

2️⃣ Cancel Your Nas.com Business Subscription (Basic, Pro or Platinum)

Use this option if you are a Business Owner and want to stop your paid Business plan.

Important

  • Business subscriptions must be canceled from your Business Billing settings

  • Support cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf

  • Subscriptions are managed per business

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Open your Business Portal

  3. Go to Settings

  4. Click Plan & Billing

  5. Select Manage

  6. Click Cancel subscription

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

Some Business Owners have more than one business.

To verify:

  1. Click your Business Logo (top-left)

  2. Review the dropdown list

  3. Switch into each business that you are a Manager to check its Billing section

If you have multiple businesses, subscriptions must be canceled inside each one separately.

Canceling your membership in a business (such as AI School for Business or Nas.com Business Owners) does not cancel your Nas.com Business plan subscription.

To stop charges for your Basic, Pro or Platinum plan, you must cancel your subscription from:

Business Portal → Settings → Plan & Billing → Manage


2️⃣ What’s the difference between membership cancellation and subscription cancellation?

Membership cancellation

  • Removes you from a specific business

  • Does not affect your Business plan

Business subscription cancellation

  • Stops your Basic, Pro or Platinum plan

  • Must be done from your Business Plan & Billing settings

They are two separate actions.


3️⃣ Why can’t Support cancel my subscription for me?

For security and billing compliance reasons, Business Owners must manage and cancel subscriptions directly from their own Billing settings.

Support cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.


4️⃣ I don’t see the Billing option. What should I do?

Make sure you are inside the correct business:

  1. Click your Business Logo (top-left corner)

  2. Select the correct business from the dropdown

  3. Go to Settings
