Members may be able to reply to the WhatsApp message depending on the delivery flow and WhatsApp behavior
However, Magic Reach is primarily designed for broadcast-style communication rather than ongoing two-way conversations

Each Nas.com plan includes a monthly WhatsApp DM allowance:

If you reach your monthly limit, you can purchase additional WhatsApp DM credits.

To select your audience:
Click Edit beside the recipient section
You will then see the audience selection panel
You can send messages to:

Invited users
Custom selected members
You can also filter recipients before sending.

Magic Reach automatically saves your drafts while editing.
On Desktop (Nas.com portal), you can:

After sending or scheduling a message, Magic Reach will display a delivery status for each campaign.
Possible statuses include:
Processing β Your message is being prepared and queued for sending
Scheduled β Your message is scheduled to send at a future date and time
Under Review β The message was flagged for manual review by the Nas.com team
Rejected β The message was not approved for sending
Sent β The message was successfully delivered
π‘ Messages may be placed under review if they are suspected of containing spam, phishing links, fraudulent content, or suspicious messaging behavior.
If a message is under review, the Nas.com team will manually approve or reject it before sending.
If a message is rejected, the rejection status will also appear in Magic Reach so you can review and update the content if needed.
All message statuses are visible directly inside the Magic Reach dashboard.

To protect users and maintain message deliverability, all Magic Reach emails and WhatsApp DMs are automatically screened for harmful or unsafe content.

The message may be blocked or placed under review
