You can easily manage your subscription by:

  • Switching between monthly and yearly billing

  • Updating your payment method

  • Takes immediate effect

  • A prorated credit is applied for your unused time

Cancelling Your Subscription

  • You can cancel anytime from Settings → Plan & Billing.

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

  • Once your subscription ends, your business will appear inactive and your products will no longer be accessible until you resubscribe.

Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for monthly or yearly Platinum subscriptions once a charge is processed.
