Paid Services & Subscription Terms

Last updated: 18/07/2026

This page sets out the terms governing paid subscriptions, including free trials, subscription pricing, automatic renewal, billing, cancellation, and refunds for paid Business Owner plans on Nas.com ("Paid Services"). These terms form part of, and should be read together with, the Nas.com Terms of Use. If there is any inconsistency between this page and the general Terms of Use regarding Paid Services, these Subscription Terms will prevail to the extent of that inconsistency.

This page is intended to provide a consolidated summary of the terms applicable to Paid Services, including free trial eligibility, subscription charges, renewal, cancellation, and refund eligibility.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • Business means a business account created and managed through the Nas.com platform.

  • Business Owner means the individual or entity responsible for managing a Business on Nas.com.

  • Subscription means a recurring paid plan purchased for a Business on Nas.com.

  • Membership means a recurring subscription purchased by an end user to access another Business Owner's community, product, or service on the Nas.com platform.

1. Plans and Pricing

Nas.com offers paid subscription plans for Business Owners. The subscription plans currently available for new purchases are Pro and Platinum. The Basic Plan is a legacy subscription and is available only to eligible existing subscribers. It is not available for new subscriptions or downgrades.

Plan

Availability

Overview

Basic (Legacy)

Available only to eligible existing subscribers. Not available for new subscriptions or downgrades.

Existing subscribers may continue using their current subscription in accordance with these Terms until the subscription is cancelled or changed.

Pro

Available for new subscriptions.

Paid subscription plan with access to Business Owner features and services.

Platinum

Available for new subscriptions.

Premium subscription plan with additional features and benefits beyond the Pro plan.

The following terms apply to all subscription plans:

  • Current subscription pricing, available billing cycle options, and included features are displayed at checkout and may also be published on the Nas.com pricing page. The pricing, billing cycle, and features presented at the time of purchase will govern your subscription.

  • Subscription pricing, billing cycle options, and included features may vary by region, currency, applicable taxes, promotional offers, or other factors. The pricing and billing cycle selected at the time of purchase will apply to your subscription.

  • Separate transaction and payment processing fees apply to sales made through the platform. Applicable fees vary depending on your subscription plan and payment method. For the current fee schedule, refer to the Nas.com Fee Structure.

  • Nas.com reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, billing options, plan availability, or included features at any time. Where required by applicable law or platform policies, reasonable advance notice of material changes will be provided before such changes take effect for existing subscriptions.

  • Each Business on Nas.com is treated as a separate subscription. If you own or manage multiple Businesses, each Business has its own subscription, billing cycle, renewal date, and cancellation settings. Each subscription must be managed and cancelled individually.

2. Free Trial Terms

The following terms apply to any free trial offered for eligible Nas.com subscription plans:

  • Eligible subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial, where offered. Trial availability and eligibility are determined by Nas.com and are displayed at checkout.

  • A valid payment method is required to begin a free trial. No subscription charge will be made during the applicable trial period.

  • Unless cancelled before the trial period ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid, automatically renewing subscription. Your selected payment method will be charged the applicable subscription price for the billing cycle selected during checkout.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time during the free trial through Plan & Billing → Manage. If you cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged.

  • If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your subscription will continue as a paid subscription and will automatically renew in accordance with Section 3 (Automatic Renewal Terms).

  • Free trial eligibility is generally limited to one trial per eligible Business or account and may be restricted, modified, or withdrawn for accounts that have previously redeemed a free trial, promotional offer, or similar promotion, as determined by Nas.com.

3. Automatic Renewal Terms

The following terms apply to all paid Business Owner subscriptions:

  • All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with Section 4 (How to Cancel). This includes subscriptions that begin following the expiration of an applicable free trial.

  • On each renewal date, Nas.com will automatically charge the payment method on file using the subscription price applicable to your selected plan and billing cycle at the time of renewal.

  • Where required by applicable law or platform policies, Nas.com may send advance notice before a subscription renews. Notification may also be sent if a scheduled renewal payment is unsuccessful.

  • If a renewal payment cannot be processed (for example, due to an expired or invalid payment method), access to paid subscription features may be suspended until payment is successfully processed or a valid payment method is provided.

  • A failed or declined payment does not automatically cancel your subscription. Unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 4, Nas.com may continue attempting to collect future renewal payments in accordance with these Terms and applicable payment processing practices.

  • Your subscription will continue to renew for successive billing cycles until it is cancelled.

4. How to Cancel

Business Owners may cancel their Nas.com subscription at any time without requiring approval from Nas.com.

To cancel a subscription:

  1. Go to Plan & Billing → Manage.

  2. Select Cancel Subscription.

  3. Confirm the cancellation.

Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the paid features included with your subscription until that time.

  • Your subscription will not renew after the current billing cycle expires.

  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund for any unused portion of the current billing cycle. Refund eligibility is governed by Section 5 (Refund Policy).

  • You may reverse a pending cancellation by selecting Undo at any time before the end of the current billing cycle, provided this option is available within your account.

  • Once your subscription expires, your Business will become inactive. Products and services associated with the Business may become unavailable, including the unpublishing of products and the inaccessibility of your storefront, until an eligible paid subscription is reactivated.

Additional Information

  • Cancelling your Nas.com Business subscription stops future renewal charges only for that specific Business subscription.

  • A subscription to Nas.com is separate from a membership purchased from another Business Owner's community or storefront. Cancelling one does not automatically cancel the other.

  • If you own or manage multiple Businesses, each Business has its own subscription and must be cancelled individually through Plan & Billing for that Business.

  • Business Owners are responsible for managing and cancelling their own subscriptions. Nas.com Support cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

5. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined by the date on which the subscription charge was processed, not by subscription usage or the date the subscription was originally purchased.

Refund eligibility by billing cycle:

Billing Cycle

Refund Window

Monthly

Within 48 hours of the subscription charge

Quarterly, Semi-annual, and Annual

Within 7 days of the subscription charge

The following terms apply to all refund requests:

  • Refund requests submitted after the applicable refund window are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • To prevent future subscription charges, you should cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 4 (How to Cancel) before submitting a refund request.

  • Refunds are generally not available for:

    • subscription charges outside the applicable refund window;

    • subscriptions purchased at promotional or special pricing, unless otherwise required by applicable law;

    • accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of the Nas.com Terms of Use; or

    • billing periods that have already been completed.

  • Refund requests relating to duplicate charges, verified technical issues, or billing system errors will be reviewed individually. Where approved, processing may take approximately 7–10 business days.

  • To request a refund, contact help@nas.com and include your account email address, Business name, date of charge, subscription plan, and the reason for your request.

Important: This Refund Policy applies only to Nas.com Business Owner subscriptions. Refund requests for memberships purchased from another Business Owner's community or storefront must be requested directly from that Business Owner and are not administered by Nas.com.

6. Billing & Payment

The following terms apply to subscription billing and payment:

  • Subscription charges are processed using the payment method associated with your account through Nas.com's authorized payment processor(s).

  • You are responsible for maintaining a valid and current payment method for your subscription. A valid payment method is required to begin an eligible free trial and to maintain an active paid subscription.

  • By purchasing or renewing a subscription, you authorize Nas.com (or its authorized payment processor) to charge the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and other charges associated with your selected subscription.

  • The applicable subscription price, billing cycle, taxes, and any additional charges will be presented for your review before you complete your purchase, subscription renewal, or plan change.

  • Business Owner payouts for sales made through the platform are processed through Stripe Connect Express or another supported payment partner, in accordance with the payout schedule applicable to your subscription plan.
