⚙️How to Manage Your Membership (Member Guide)

In this article

🔥 Quick Summary

You can manage your membership directly from your Profile.

This includes:

  • Upgrading or changing your plan (if available)

  • Canceling your membership anytime

💡 You do not need to contact the business owner to make these changes.

⚠️ Important

Canceling a membership only removes you from that specific business. It does not cancel your Nas.com subscription plan (Basic, Pro, Platinum).

🔄 How to Change Your Plan (Upgrade/Downgrade)

You can change your membership anytime if the business offers multiple plans or billing options.

This includes:

  • Switching to a different tier (e.g. Basic → Premium)

❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: Why don’t I see a “Change plan” or “Change membership” option?

This usually means the business only offers one plan.

If no other options are available, you won’t be able to switch plans unless the business owner adds more tiers.

Q: Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your membership anytime without approval.

Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Q: Will I get a refund if I cancel?

Canceling stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund.

  • For memberships in other businesses → Contact the business owner

  • For Nas.com-run businesses (e.g. AI School, mentorship programs) → Contact help@nas.com or refer to that program’s refund policy

Q: Does canceling a membership also cancel my Nas.com subscription (Basic, Pro, Platinum)?

No. These are separate.

Canceling a membership only removes you from that specific business.

Your Nas.com plan will remain active unless you cancel it separately.

Q: Can I cancel complimentary access (e.g. from Pro/Platinum)?

Yes.

If you have complimentary access, you can opt out anytime from your Memberships page.

This will not affect your Nas.com subscription.

Q: I don’t see the cancel option. What should I do?

  • Make sure you’re viewing the correct membership

  • Check if you’re in the correct account

If it’s still missing, contact help@nas.com with a screenshot and details.
